Refund & Return Policy

Safari Centre Cape Town Refund & Return Policy

General

All business undertaken by Safari Centre hereinafter referred to as the Company is strictly and exclusively subject to the Terms & Conditions of Sale as detailed hereunder. Not withstanding anything contained in any customer’s acceptance or in any order placed by him, all business with the company shall be so subject, unless the Company otherwise agrees in writing and is signed by a Director representing the Company. Failure by the Company on any occasion to enforce any of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of our rights to enforce such terms on future occasions.

Warranty Claims:

The Company confirms that it only acts as a mediator between the customer and the supplier on the products sold. The fulfillment of the guarantees is the responsibility of the supplier. The Company will honour warranty claims on it’s workmanship for a period of one year. The Company accepts no responsibility for any direct or consequential damages sustained by the customer as a result of poor workmanship or defective products. 

Returns on Goods:

No goods will be accepted unless still in original packaging and presented with the purchase invoice. Goods will be accepted for return within 7 days of purchase. A handling fee of 10% will be charged on all non-defective goods supplied correctly. No software, electrical components, books or videos supplied correctly will be accepted for return.  

Pricing:

Unless a definitive price has been expressly confirmed in writing for the execution of an order, the Company’s pricing ruling at the date of delivery will still apply.

Delivery:

Whilst every endeavor shall be made to deliver goods promptly within the time indicated, the Company shall not be liable for any loss of profit or any damages, direct or indirect, consequential or ortherwise, sustained by the buyer as a result of non delivery or late delivery. The risk of damage to any product shall pass from the Company to the customer on departure from the Company’s premises. The customer shall bear the cost of deliveries to a named location unless otherwise stated.  
 

Ownership:

Ownership of the goods sold shall not pass to the purchaser until the purchase price in respect thereof has been paid in full. 

Payment:

In the event customers failing to make payment of any amount owing by them on due date, they shall be liable to pay all legal costs incurred by the Company in the recovery of such debt.

Risk:

All vehicles and their contents are left at the vehicle owner’s risk. Assuring you that all precaution and care is taken we are not responsible for any damage due to fire, theft or any other cause whatsoever. Vehicles are driven and stored at the owner’s risk. Please remove all valuables from your vehicle. 

Refunds:

We are able to offer you a refund within 7 days of purchase if the item is faulty and defray the cost of shipping to the refunded amount or shipping will be covered at the the customers cost. If you would like to return the product because you changed your mind, the return postage is at your own expense. The product must be in the original box with the original packaging unopened and sealed. We will check all returns before the refund or exchange is issued.
